
Creating Human Resources and Superior Flores Coffee Business Ecosystems.
Rumah Kopi Bajawa is present in the midst of many problems of colonialism of Coffee Farmers in Flores, the lack of learning facilities and limitations of Coffee Farmers towards facilities and accessibility. The brand’s starting in 2016 with the name ‘Cabo’ or ‘Flowers’, then in 2019 it was registered as ‘kopidaritimur’ or ‘coffee from the east of indonesia; Flower Peninsula’ the Flores Island old name. We’re now transformed into an associator for Flores Coffee to young farmers who’ve high enthusiasm for the coffee world starting from the Biophysical, Social, Economic, to Legal aspects. In last 2023 we’re developed and associated by PT Astra International Tbk through Desa Sejahtera Astra program.

Merging our farmers experiences with best coffee competences to be aligned with GAP and SDGs.
We has grown through the accreditation of the Ministry of Tourism, Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia, CEO School of IPB University, Duta Kopi Indonesia Foundation, Indonesia Agriculture Ministry, to the implementation of social and environmental programs. Our orientation is to have the widest impact on all elements involved in the coffee business ecosystem.

New Business Units Developments
In addition to raw materials arabica green coffee beans, we’re improving the community’s economy and culture through the coffee secondary products sales. This development has succeeded in increasing more than 70% of the beans value and has sold more than 150pcs every month at a very friendly prices; ranging from IDR 75-95k/pcs., delivering from Bajawa, Flores.

The coffee powders products (old green plastic packaging) have been successfully introduced in last April 2025, followed by two new roasted products (black-blue packs) and launched in October to coincide with our coffee export release ceremony to Thailand, Japan, and Taiwan with PT Astra International Tbk, IPB University, East Nusa Tenggara province government, Ngada Regency government, regional Customs services, till local and national media publications. This product existences is expected to influence our communities in the fields of research and product development in the future.
